Questions and Answers
What is the Annodam concept?
Annodam Aveda Day Spa and Salon began five years ago with
owners Karen Lafferty and Geri Rycharski. They had an idea—to provide spa services that naturally rejuvenate,
refresh and beautify for the Doylestown area and beyond. Having worked with Aveda for over 15 years,
and knowing the wonders of pure flower and plant essences (as opposed to
cosmetics with animal fat or petrochemical additives), selecting Aveda for the
spa was easy.
Why partner with the Philadelphia Soul arena football
team?
For a spa that is named after a pop diva (“Annodam” is
“Madonna” backwards), the allure of working on a Bon Jovi project was,
admittedly, part of it. There was also
the fact that the owners and management live in Philadelphia and like how
sports bring people together (well, generally-speaking), building pride in the
community. So Annodam submitted a
proposal and got involved.
How do you create the looks for the Soulmates and what
are they like?
The Soulmates are a diverse group ranging in age from 18 –
35 and they work in fields ranging from the expected, dance teacher, to the
unexpected, nurse. To find out more,
see their pictures and profiles on www.philadelphiasoul.com/soulmates/
and be sure to scroll down to Annodam’s Beauty Tips section where we describe
what’s hot now as well as some of the techniques we use to get them ready for
the games.
Where can I get more information and what’s new?
